2024 AME Skills Challenge Wednesday October 2 nd , 2024
Join us for this year’s AME Skills Challenge, an event that brings together the best from all sectors of aviation across the country. Watch as top certified aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, and students compete in a series of rigorous technical skill tests. This challenge aims to showcase the expertise required to ensure the safety and airworthiness of aircraft worldwide.
Compete alongside current and future maintenance professionals, testing your combined abilities against peers from various regions and sectors of the aviation industry. We are seeking teams of up to three professionals, each paired with one student, to vie for national bragging rights and exciting prizes. This is a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness of the critical training and skills needed in
our industry.
Don’t miss out on Canada’s largest Skills Challenge, where leading figures from across the aviation sector will demonstrate their prowess and innovation.

Registration opens at 8:00 am, Coffee and lunch will be provided throughout the event.
Exhibitor Information: Each exhibit area is 8’ x 10’ (draped 3 sides, with one 6’ draped table, 2 chairs and electricity). **The Exhibit area will be secured each night**
1. SET UP: All exhibitors must be informed of exact set up and tear down dates and times of the show so as to avoid early and/or late deliveries of exhibit materials. NO displays or exhibit material will be accepted by the Hotel more than 48 hours prior to your set up date. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse delivery of any such materials shipped without prior consent. Should prior
consent be given, the Hotel will NOT accept any liability for goods while in storage. The Hotel WILL NOT be liable for any additional costs for shipments that are refused due to lack of prior approval. Arrangements for the above must first receive approval in writing from the Convention Services Manager. As storage is limited, exhibit, display or goods for large shows must
have additional storage space arranged prior to arrival.
2. BOOTH LIGHTING: Use of high wattage halogen or flood lights in exhibit space will result in higher than normal room temperatures. Please restrict  incandescent lights to 100 watts and halogen lights to MR16 bulbs only. The Hotel will not be held responsible for guest discomfort should high wattage lights be used
3. TEARDOWN: All exhibitors must arrange for the pickup of their exhibit materials immediately following the end of the show. All appropriate paperwork and phone calls are the responsibility of the exhibitor. The hotel does not have facilities to store exhibit materials.
4. LABELLING: Conference materials shipped to the Hotel MUST be clearly labelled as follows:
