Temporary (4-5 weeks) Avionics/Electrical Professor Position

We have a short-term (4-5 week) need to cover for a professor on an approved leave of absence starting March 30, 2026 (dates to be confirmed), at Confederation College.

The courses to be taught are:

• AM273 Aircraft Electrical Lab II
• AM470 Avionics
• AM471 Avionics Lab

This is an in-person teaching position and includes delivery of several labs. Remote work is not an option. 

Compensation is based on a teacher salary calculation which takes into consideration multiple factors including education and experience. Pay is per teaching contact hour (TCH) and typically comes in around $85-120. The Sessional Professor contract would be for 17 TCH per week. Candidate must have an AME license.
