As our Aircraft Maintenance Production Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in fostering a culture of service excellence and safety. Duties and Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily technical operations of Cargo operation aircraft. (Cargo Operations) · Oversee daily technical operations of Passenger operation aircraft. (Passenger Operations)
· Provide technical guidance to the base engineers, team leads and maintenance planner, to maximize aircraft availability while minimizing cost. This skill is particularly important when related to oversight of troubleshooting but also the strategic completion of scheduled maintenance.
· Mentor and develop team members to become experts in their own right, so that they are prepared to become the next leads and managers.
· Identify key issues; creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges or obstacles.
· Controlling special projects which may occur at the various bases
· Communicate with stores and monitor parts on order · Ensure all contract maintenance billing is accurate
· Resolve safety findings submitted into the SMS reporting system
· Carry out other duties as assigned by the PRM.
Qualifications:
· Must have M1/M2 license.
· Ability to obtain necessary airport security clearances and successfully complete the company screening process.
· Minimum 5 years Licensed with Technical Operations or Quality Assurance experience · ATR, Basler, PC12 and/or Dash 8, experience an asset
· Computer literacy, Microsoft Applications
· Good communication skills, both orally and written with both internal and external contacts, and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
· Ability to make timely and informed decisions in a high-pressure environment. · Understanding of personnel policies, practices and procedures and other operational issues faced by the organization
· Must hold a valid Canadian driver’s license.
· Ability to lift 50 LBS

Working Conditions:
· Overtime as required
· Weekend work required
· Occasional Travel will be required
Schedule:
· Monday – Friday
· 8 hour days
